Philip Di Tomaso

Biography

Philip Di Tomaso was born and raised in British Columbia. He studied at Simon Fraser University before attending the UBC Faculty of Law. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2003.

Philip is a litigator practicing in the areas of collections, commercial leasing, construction law, insurance defense and personal injury.

Over the course of his legal career he has helped clients reach practical and principled resolutions to their legal issues, either through negotiated settlements or, if necessary, through the court system.

Outside of law, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He plays soccer poorly but enthusiastically, coaches, and has served on the board of directors of his community youth soccer organization. He is an avid early morning cyclist who thinks he is but one piece of gear away from turning professional
